Stretch Out the Stress

Greg Mahadeen from Student Life and Activities will help students stretch away their stress at noon Thursday, Feb. 4 via Zoom.
Mahadeen invites students to experience the benefits of stretching for each joint and muscle group.
During the session, students will participate in seated, standing and floor stretches.
