On Friday, Oct. 4, the Brookdale community is invited to attend Civic Engagement: Power Panels! from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Student Life Center.
According to organizer, political science Prof. Jonathan Moschberger, this year’s event “is going to be an action-packed event (where) students will get to hear from a diverse array of dynamic guest speakers.”
The event is designed to help empower students and others to be engaged citizens.
“Gearing up for this year’s elections, this event is perfectly timed so that together we can get core knowledge in order to make a difference,” Moschberger said in an email.
