Wednesday, April 26, marks National Pretzel Day and is a good day for those who love eating buttery pretzels.

On this holiday, different pretzel stands typically give out free whole pretzels, and Auntie Anne’s pretzels will be participating. In order to get a free pretzel, pretzel-lovers will need to sign up for the free membership, which is located on the Auntie Anne’s app. The offer can be redeemed in-store or online ready for pick up.

Salted and cinnamon whole pretzels will be free if the customer shows their reward to an Auntie Anne’s worker.

This holiday is not the only time that pretzel lovers can get free pretzels since they also offer a free birthday pretzel if one has been signed up for a couple of days prior to the birthday. The stores also offer buy one get one and other rewards.

Earning the rewards are very easy. After purchasing a pretzel, a cashier can scan the customers receipt, enter in their phone number, or get the receipt printed out which has a bar code underneath to scan and earn points in the app.

“The customers can look forward to getting a hot, fresh pretzel served in a clean and sparkling store with a warm friendly smile that feels like family,” said Marva Clarke, the manager at Auntie Anne’s located in the Freehold Raceway Mall.

Brookdale students who attend the Freehold campus are only two miles away from the Auntie Anne’s located in the Freehold Raceway Mall. The mall is located on Route 9 in Freehold Township. The store is located inside the mall by the Cheesecake Factory entrance on the upper level.

Parking is free at the mall, and the hours differ on different days of the week. Monday through Thursday, the mall is opened from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, the mall is open one hour later from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday the mall is opened from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
