Student Life and Activities continues to sponsor scavenger hunts through The Current website and beyond.
Larissa Corichi was the winner of The Current’s first scavenger hunt. Corichi was among several readers who found pumpkins throughout The Current website. All of those who commented here on where the pumpkins were placed into a drawing for gift card provided by Student Life and Activities.
In today’s issue, publishing Nov. 11, five flags in recognition of Veterans Day are being hidden throughout the various stories on the website. Students who find three flags and leave a comment here telling The Current where they found them will be entered into a drawing for a gift card, once again provided by Student Life and Activities. Entries will be accepted through Nov. 19.
For the Nov. 25 edition, cornucopia will be hidden both in the issue and throughout campus! Get a sneak preview of the cornucopia at The Current’s Friendsgiving table Nov. 18 in the Navesink rooms of the Student Life Center. Look for snowflakes on campus and in The Current issue on Dec. 9.
Gift card drawings will be held for those currently enrolled credit-seeking students who successfully complete each scavenger hunt. If you’d like more information, leave a comment. Students should email from their Brookdale account if possible.
