The Wellness Center is offering free Mindful Math workshops designed to build student confidence and support learning with a growth mindset.
The next workshop is noon Oct. 28 in the Wellness Center.
Attendees will meet at the Nutrition Hub of the Wellness Center, grab a snack and fuel their minds using multisensory learning tools, such as breathing techniques.
Led by Professor Samantha Doluweera, the workshops are designed to reduce stress and improve focus.
A workshop will also be held on Nov. 25.
