Two weeks ago, BravoTV hosted its annual BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a chance for fans of the network over the course of three days to celebrate all things Bravo.
Live panels, meet and greet opportunities and live tapings of “What Happens Live” are just some of the fun experiences at the convention. Many “Bravolebrities” come from shows like “The Real Housewives,” “Vanderpump Rules” and “Below Deck.” A big chunk of the convention is taped for live streaming for viewers at home.
This year, Bravo announced a lot of “Real Housewives” news live at the convention. One of the biggest moments was when original cast member of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” Vicki Gunvalson got her Orange back for Season 20. Gunvalson was a main cast member for 13 consecutive seasons but was downgraded to a “Friend Of” role for Season 14. She was a guest of the show for Seasons 17 and 18. The current cast of Season 19 has not received confirmation of a spot for Season 20.
New York City had many rumors circulating the stages of BravoCon this year. “OG” RHONY cast members Sonja Morgan, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley and Luann de Lessepps were present alongside “New RHONY” cast members Erin Lichy, Sai De Silva and Jessel Taank. Since both variations of the show were in the cast, many fans believed Bravo is combining both old and new housewives for the show’s sixteenth season. However, this was later debunked by Andy Cohen.
Cohen also released the trailer for the new season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” After the departure of long-,standing housewife Garcelle Beauvais and the introduction of Bozoma “Boz” Saint John, Season 15 already had a shakeup. New members Amanda Frances and Rachel Zoe are the newest full-time cast members. There are three “Friends Of” these are Kathy Hilton, mother of Nicky and Paris Hilton, Jennifer Tilly, actress and Natalie Swanston Fuller, Simon Fuller’s wife who also is responsible for The Spice Girls and America’s Got Talent.
Changes are coming to streaming for Bravo fans as two international franchises are now available for viewing on streaming service Peacock. Cult classics “Real Housewives of Melbourne” and “Real Housewives of Vancouver” are ready for American viewers.
Lastly, there has been a new franchise released live at BravoCon this year. Cohen debuted the live trailer of “The Real Housewives Of Rhode Island.” Following the lives of wealthy women residing in Rhode Island, the show boasts a full-time cast that includes Alicia Carmody, Rosie DiMarie, Ashley Iaconetti, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, Kelsey Swanson, and Jo-Ellen Tiberi.
“Real Housewife of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania serves as a “Friend Of”. Only four New Jersey stars were present this year at BravoCon as the show is still paused. Those include Teresa Guidice, Melissa Gorga, Catania and Margaret Josephs.
