The semester’s final Dr. Carl Calendar Visting Writers Series event takes place 7 p.m. Monday, April 27, in Navesink II, SLC. The free reading will feature Lior Torenberg reading from her debut novel, “Just Watch Me.”
Featured in The New Yorker, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, TIME and Dazed, the novel follows a charismatic misfit who livestreams her life for seven days and nights to raise money to save her comatose sister. The book is described as “a poignant and darkly funny exploration of grief, forgiveness, and redemption.”
