We failed you……

On Dec. 2 an event was held, and you probably didn’t even know it was happening.

If you did, you didn’t attend. Why? Now that is a great question. We don’t know, and we need your help!
The Current has lost touch with the Brookdale community, and we want to know why.

While The Current is having one of its most successful years, with more people coming to our website than ever before, it is not nearly enough. We held an event asking you for feedback; you didn’t come, despite the free pizza.

We have scratched our heads and do not know how to satisfy the average Brookdale reader anymore (if we ever have). The Current recognizes the challenges of being a two-year community college student. However, we want to know not just what you’re interested in reading, but what could be done to entice community engagement. The Current is desperate for more viewers and interaction with those viewers. Because of this, if input is provided, it will be heard!

We promise to make the changes you want! As the voice of Brookdale students, The Current has so much potential. We’re just not quite there yet, so help us get there!
With your help, The Current can succeed as an enjoyable and reliable source of information for everyone.
It is very important that we make The Current a place that you want to visit. So, if you have any ideas, we would love to hear them.
